CT 30 hours, time and strike,, OG, c1875, (3) Jeromes & Darrow, Bristol, Conn., 30 hours, time and strike,, wooden works "bronzed looking glass" clock, c1828.
CONDITION: (1)Mahogany veneered case with additional finish over original. Movement by Chauncey Jerome, New Haven (Johnson was a retailer). Original painted wood dial has darkened. Hands are replacements and too short. Nice original tablet showing residence of Thomas Jefferson. Ht 25 1/2" (2)Mahogany veneered case has minor veneer chips and a light finish. The original painted metal dial shows some wear. Hands are original. Bottom tablet is in very good condition. Ht 25 1/2" (3) Early style mahogany veneered case with columns on sash. Very top of splat has been trimmed. Original stenciling, mirror and hands. Ht 35"
